Each Memory Charm is made from the pet photo and notes you provide. Because the piece is handcrafted, small variations in carving, color, leather grain, and finish are part of the custom process.
Photo Submission
After ordering, email your pet photo and order number to hello@theaurir.com. You are responsible for providing a photo you have the right to use.
Production Time
Production generally takes 10-14 business days before shipping. This timeline may vary during high order volume or if we need a clearer pet photo.
Use And Care
The Memory Charm is designed as a keepsake for keys, bags, car accessories, or display. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, and prolonged heavy friction to preserve the leather finish.
